At Mathpractice.xyz, we focus on helping primary and secondary students build strong mathematics skills.

Our mission is simple: every student should have access to clear explanations, meaningful practice, and the confidence to succeed in maths at school and beyond.

We provide a wide range of resources designed for different learning styles, so students can understand concepts deeply and enjoy the process of learning.

Mathpractice.xyz was founded in 2023 by Sherif, a researcher and educator committed to making maths more accessible and engaging. The idea was inspired by his Year 9 daughter, who often asked, "Can you write me more practice problems?" After creating countless handwritten exercises, he had a simple thought: why not generate unlimited practice questions with Python?

What began as PDF worksheets shared on his blog soon grew into an interactive platform. Today, Mathpractice.xyz offers dynamic quizzes and resources that help students strengthen their maths skills through consistent practice.

Sherif is a researcher at Deakin University in Victoria, working at the Applied Artificial Intelligence Institute. He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Sydney and combines his expertise in AI and education to create meaningful learning experiences.
